As you begin looking for your new home, it is very important to become pre-approved for a mortgage loan as soon as possible. With a mortgage preapproval in hand, you can shop for your home knowing what your pre-approved loan amount is and how different loan amounts will affect your monthly mortgage payment. This will also help you know what price range to keep your home search within. Furthermore, your offer will be stronger because you have a lender that has preapproved your loan.

FINDING YOUR DREAM HOME

My efforts to be prepared for when you find your new home will be ongoing and tenacious ! I will be constantly searching my network, attending open houses and staying updated on upcoming and new listings to find you a great home that reflects your preferences and budget. I will guide you through the process of negotiating the best terms for you, and how to get to the closing table quickly. 

DUE DILIGENCE

When your offer is accepted, I will be sure you are connected with trusted experts to ensure a smooth transaction. I will coordinate all of the moving parts with the inspector, appraiser, title company, lender, and sellers so that your transaction closes on time with minimal uncertainty and surprises. My goal is to provide exceptional service with outstanding results.

FINALIZE THE SALE

After your final walkthrough, I will help facilitate all the needed steps for you to be confident in a successful closing and transfer of funds. I will help you review closing disclosures and go over the items you will need to bring to your closing date. After the closing is finished, there will be a BIG congratulations to you on your new home ownership!
